What You’ll Do:
- Lead and mentor technical specialists in advanced analysis, forensic investigations, and materials failure studies.
- Oversee and manage high-impact projects across power, infrastructure, and specialty structures.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while expanding business opportunities.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions.
What You Bring:
- A Master’s degree (PhD preferred) in mechanical, metallurgical, or structural engineering.
- 20 years of leadership experience in forensic engineering or related disciplines.
- Expertise in root cause failure analysis, materials testing, and advanced engineering design.
- A Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Strong communication skills.
