Position Summary:

We are looking for a talented videographer with a passion for cooking and product reviews to join our US Content Production team. This role is ideal for someone who excels in creating engaging video content for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, and has experience working with or building large followings, especially with major creators--plus if you have

Responsibilities:

• Create Cooking and Review Content: Develop, shoot, and edit high-quality video content focused on cooking demonstrations and product reviews, showcasing our kitchenware products in an engaging and informative manner.
• Collaborate with Creators: Work with influencers, major creators, and internal teams to produce content that resonates with large audiences and highlights our products effectively.
• Optimize for Platforms: Tailor video content for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, ensuring each piece is optimized for platform-specific features and audience preferences.
• Stay Current: Keep up with trends in cooking content, product reviews, and social media to keep our content fresh and relevant.
• Technical Production: Manage all aspects of video production including camera operation, lighting, and audio setup to ensure professional-quality results.
• Analyze and Adapt: Monitor the performance of content and use analytics to continually refine and improve video strategies.

Qualities:

• Experience with Cooking and Reviews: Proven experience in creating cooking content or product review videos, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to produce engaging and high-quality content.
• Major Creator Experience: Extensive experience working with or creating content for major social media influencers or creators with 2 million followers. Building or having a significant following is a major plus.
• Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of video content creation and best practices for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Creative Skills: Ability to develop innovative video concepts that capture the essence of our products and appeal to a broad audience.
• Technical Proficiency: In-depth understanding of Canon C line cameras, Sony Cinema line, iPhone Cinema mode, Sony Alpha, and GoPro. Expert in lighting design and shaping/crafting shoots on-the-go. Expertise in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Davinci Resolve) and professional video equipment. Deep level of experience in content creation for vertical video.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in video production, specifically with a focus on cooking content or product reviews, and social media platforms.
• Portfolio: Must provide a portfolio showcasing your work in cooking videos, product reviews, and any content created for major creators or influencers.
• Education: Degree in Film, Video Production, Marketing, or a related field preferred, but relevant experience is highly valued.

Nice to Haves:

• Photography Experience: Experience and a portfolio of shooting lifestyle content for CPG brands, retailers, and manufacturers for distribution via print and digital.
• Set Decoration: Experience in set decoration, production design, or food styling for shoots and productions. Experience in purchasing and returns for large-scale shoots.
• Language Experience: Fluency in Mandarin
