Entry-Level Litigation Support Video Technician
Location: Onsite in Houston, Texas
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Are you tech-savvy, dependable, and analytical? Do you have experience with video equipment and strong time management skills? If so, U.S. Legal Support is looking for a Litigation Support Video Technician (Entry Level) to join our Video Production team!
In this role, you’ll assist in retrieving, editing, and preparing video files per client specifications, ensuring high-quality production for legal proceedings. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in video production within the legal field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Retrieve, archive, and distribute audio/video files
- Edit video clips based on client requests for trial preparation
- Synchronize transcripts with audio/video to create an official court record
- Format and finalize transcripts for distribution
- Troubleshoot video format errors and perform file conversions
- Scan, verify, and upload documents into databases
- Maintain awareness of ongoing projects while following company standards and policies
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with various video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus!)
- Working knowledge of a wide range of video cameras and file formats
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Video Certification is a plus!
