USRBP is seeking a talented Web Developer with expertise in Radics, React.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and Azure DevOps to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end development, with experience in developing headless and dynamic content. The role involves working on the development of a new portal for our customers in the financial services industry, utilizing headless architecture or a headless model.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and develop user interfaces using Next.js and Tailwind CSS.
- Implement dynamic content using a headless architecture.
- Utilize Radics for data visualization and analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end functionalities.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve user experience.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI / UX designs and implement them effectively.
- Utilize Azure DevOps for continuous integration and deployment.
- Develop and maintain a new portal for customers in the financial services industry, ensuring it meets industry standards and customer needs.
