Key Role Details:

• Specialty: ICU RN – Float Pool
• Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS
• Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years in a similar-sized facility with critical care expertise.
• Patient Populations: Float to all critical care floors, including Step-Down and PACU for patient holds as needed.
• Contract Details:
• Type: Daily OT after 24 hours and weekly OT after 40 hours based on multiplier.
• Holidays: Must work holidays as needed.
• Schedule: Night shifts, minimal RTO allowed.
