JOB OVERVIEW
District Service Manager oversees operations of multiple locations by providing leadership, feedback, and directing staff to assure exceptional customer service is met on all installation jobs. District Service Manager will set district goals and ensure that all employees and contractors adhere to company policy and safety rules and regulations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Core responsibilities for the position include but are not limited to:
● Work directly with customers to solve end-user issues and answer questions regarding their installation project. Ensure to provide outstanding customer service.
● Act as a supervisor to all employees including assisting with performance evaluations of team members and provide feedback for improvement.
● Perform resource allocation, workload assignment and schedule management for projects.
● Manage team on a daily basis to meet or exceed company objectives. Address team concerns and provide direction whenever needed. Build a positive working and learning environment for team members.
● Prioritize performance issues to make certain that issues most directly affecting productivity are addressed first.
● Ensure all business operations are done in accordance with company standards. Immediately address any lapse in compliance with corporate policies, local, state or federal laws.
● Build strong working relationships and maintain effective communications with team members.
● Identify business challenges and suggest appropriate action plans.
● Ability to resolve complex complaints by investigating issues as they arise while providing an end resolution in a timely manner.
● Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively sort and track large amounts of information.
● Create a strong business relationship with business partners and sales teams.
● Recruit and maintain subcontractor installer base to meet service levels. Ensure subcontractor liability compliance.
● The ability to handle other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
● High School Diploma or GED equivalent
● Must be 18 years or older
● Valid Driver’s License
● Must pass background check
● 2 years' experience in managerial position
● Excellent problem-solving skills
● Able to work with all levels of staff
● Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
● Understanding of installation projects perferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
