Accountant A, UHS Phelps Hall Shift Day Hours per week: 40 Salary range: $22.97 - $34.46 per hour, depending on experience. Overview Under general supervision, maintains and takes responsibility for all operational issues and general accounting related requests. Performs duties related to the preparation, analysis and reconciliation of the monthly financial statements, annual reporting, and all other general accounting related requests. May perform duties related to audit, surveys, and grant reporting. May perform duties related to fixed asset accounting and cash receipts, disbursements and reconciliation. Education/Experience Minimum Required: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, finance, or healthcare field OR In lieu of Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree and 2 years relevant experience.
