POSITION SUMMARY
The HR Director plays a key role in helping to build a dynamic employee culture where employees are engaged and find long-term career success. The Human Resources Director conducts personnel-related matters concerning the hospital staff. This includes the area of coordinating and administering policies, procedures and programs that relate to all phases of human resources including employee relations, compensation, benefits, training and development, and recruitment of employment to promote the effective utilization of hospital personnel. Ensures on going compliance with regulatory and licensing requirements, and accreditation standards. Provides the hospital staff and Administration with professional and technical knowledge necessary to meet regulatory requirements, and provides a wide-range of administrative and technical duties.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience:
A Bachelor Degree with emphasis on human resources/administration is required. A PHR/SPHR certification is preferred. 5 or more years of HR Generalist experience. Applicant must have a thorough general knowledge and understanding of the human resources function with an emphasis in the medical field preferred. Experience in Human Resources or related field required.
