POSITION SUMMARY: The position assists the Human Resources Director in daily operations of the HR Department. This position manages full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, implements and executes recruitment strategies and events; manages assigned employee relation matters. The HR Generalist manages office in the absence of the Human Resources Director. This position also manages the Medical Staff Credentialing process for the facility.

Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Business Administration or related field required. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Human Resources required. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Must be able to maintain effectively confidential information, and manage time effectively
