Salt Lake Behavioral Health is currently seeking a compassionate and talented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our professional Nursing team.

The LPN/LVN performs under the direction of a Registered Nurse in providing nursing care to assigned patients by prescribing, coordinating and evaluating patient care through collaborative efforts with health team members in accordance with the nursing process and the standards of care and practices.

Qualifications

Position Requirements:

• Education: Graduate from an accredited professional vocational school of nursing.

• Experience: Minimum one (1) year as a LPN in psychiatric nursing preferred.

• Licensure: Licensed to practice vocational/practical nursing from the State Board of Nursing
