Behavioral Health Connections (BHC) in Atlanta is seeking a dynamic and talented Clinical Lead - Full Time The Clinical Lead has the responsibility of providing assistance to the Clinical Director with clinical oversight of the Clinical Assessment Team Evaluators.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Support with review of clinical assessment/referral documentation.
  • Filing of involuntary commitment paperwork (where applicable)
  • Daily communication with referral sources regarding patient case status

Qualifications

EDUCATION

Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health or related field.

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION

Current license in the State of Georgia as a Licensed Professional Counselor (“LPC”), Licensed Master Social Worker (“LMSW”), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (“LCSW”). 

Current CPR, Vaccines, if required by a customer hospital. (“Customer hospital” means the hospital to which BHC is contracted to provide mobile assessment services.)

Current Drivers License 

EXPERIENCE

Preferred 1-3 year similiar work experience 

Completion of appropriate internship, including the provision of individual, group or family therapy/counseling.

Mobile assessment experience preferred
