Role Description
This is a contract role for a Mental Health Counselor. We are seeking counselors that are able to provide short-term mental health care, whether in-person or virtual. The Mental Health Counselor will be responsible for treatment planning, providing mental health services, and/or counseling individuals and couples. Providers will also be eligible for additional opportunities (but not required):
- Onsite for Critical Incident Stress Management
- Formal Evaluations
- SAP/DOT Referrals
- First Responders
- Health Fairs
- Fit for Duty
Qualifications
- Active State Licensure as a Behavioral Health Professional
- Active Malpractice Liability Insurance Coverage of $1 million - $3 million.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and counseling skills
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field (We accept pre-licensed individuals, as long as there is a supervisor on staff)
