Job Title: Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist

Location: Frederick, MD

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Compensation: $20-$22 per hour

Bilingual candidates required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls and transfer to the correct individual.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate area. Offer refreshments.
  • Assist clients with payments, explain online payment options, and maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Print and forward documents to team members by 9:00 AM daily.
  • Manage mail runs and distribute materials as needed.
  • Ensure the office is stocked with beverages and supplies.
  • Process FR-19 forms and Auto ID cards (email, print, and mail).

Personal Lines/Commercial Lines:

  • Handle direct billing payments and address personal lines billing inquiries.
  • Input claims info into the system and notify clients of their claims adjuster.
  • Process cancellations and document all payments in the system.
  • Issue Certificates of Insurance (COIs) for condo/commercial lines.
  • Print and complete L/H expiration and Renewal AAR reports on schedule.

Social Media/Agency Management:

  • Create and send email campaigns (drafts for approval).
  • Assist with Agency Revolution welcome kits and form letters.

Additional Tasks:

  • Assist with other projects as needed.
