Base: $185,900 – $281,000 10% Annual Bonus

Required:
- CA RN License
- BSN or MSN required
- 4 years clinical nursing experience
- 4 years leadership experience
- BLS Certification
- OR management background
- Strong regulatory knowledge (Joint Commission, State requirements)
Preferred:
- MSN preferred
- CNOR certification
- 5 years OR management experience
- Magnet/shared governance experience
