Position Summary: The Omnify Educator conducts educational meetings with client employee groups on their employer’s health benefit accounts, the importance of savings and investing for retirement medical needs, and relevant personal financial topics. This professional is knowledgeable about all facets of Health Savings Accounts, Flexible Spending Accounts, Dependent Care Accounts, and Wellness and Lifestyle accounts. They act as a liaison between the employee/employer and their Relationship Manager. This role is eligible for hybrid work from home opportunity under the work from home guidelines up to one day per week upon completion of onboarding.
Essential Functions:
- Serve as a primary contact for the Omnify department.
- Creates and customizes annual education presentations, programs and promotional campaigns for corporate clients, using various forms of communication to educate employees.
- Travel to customer locations and conducts educational meetings with client employees as well as monthly webinars and recorded videos for employer portals.
- Assists with the preparation of marketing materials, special mailings, and promotional information for the overall department.
- Act as a liaison between employer/employee, Relationship Manager and/or Business Development Manager
- Participate in community events and activities to increase departmental awareness.
- Seek profitable new business by cross-selling products and services, as well as referring to other departments of the bank.
- Proactively contact and meet with plan sponsor/customer personnel.
- Provide back up Call Center assistance to the Omnify customer care team.
- Provide guidance and education to Employers on the use of Guides, Contribution Manager, and system processes.
- Maintains knowledge of applicable regulations and regulatory changes.
- Understand and adhere to all bank policies, laws and regulations applicable to their role. Complete compliance training; follow internal processes and controls as required.
- Report all compliance issues, violations of law or regulations in accordance with the steps defined in bank policies.
- Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position.
- Perform other job-related duties or special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Four-year college degree required or equivalent work experience.
- 1-2 years of in-depth health benefit account knowledge preferred.
- Understanding of HSAs, FSAs, Wellness/Lifestyle plan rules, tax treatment, and investments required
- Proficient knowledge of PowerPoint, Camtasia, Zoom and Microsoft Office products.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct small and large group presentations.
- Valid Nebraska driver’s license.
