Full-time Automotive Sales Consultant Position - We offer a chance to work with vehicles most people only dream about, competitive wages and a positive work environment.

We are a growing collector car dealership based in Mankato, MN. This positions will work with our sales team to sell collector and specialty vehicles. Knowledge of vehicles is preferred.

Automotive Sales Consultant - Summary

Sells/leases new and used vehicles at dealership gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction standards.

Automotive Sales Consultant - Essential Duties

  • Sells and delivers vehicles in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inputs customer information in DMS and turns over to F&I
  • Utilizes dealership software and email follow-up systems.
  • Attends product and sales training courses as requested by sales manager.
  • Maintains an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
  • Conducts business in an ethical and professional manner.
  • Approaches, greets, and helps any customer who enters the dealership showroom.
  • Assists customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  • Describes all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
  • Exhibits high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Prepares sold vehicles for customer delivery prior to customer arrival or transport
  • Delivers vehicles to customers, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty and paperwork.
  • Follows up on all post-delivery items, tag/title work, “we-owes” and special requests to be sure that all customer expectations are met.
  • Reviews and analyzes actions at the end of each day, week, month and year to determine how to better utilize time and plans more effectively.
  • Drives all inventory to learn more about options available or missing.
  • Follows sales process accurately and thoroughly in compliance with dealership standards.
  • Attends sales meetings.
  • Maintains professional appearance.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
