Job Summary
We are looking for a competent Sales and Design Consultant for a busy construction company.
The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Sorting and distributing communications in a timely manner
- Organize files
- Eagerly answer the phones with the mindset of providing outstanding communication
- Work with office software programs, including spreadsheets, databases, and word processing applications.
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
- Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
- Sales (Cabinets, Countertops, Tile)
- Kitchen and Bathroom Design
- Customer Service
This is a full time position. The starting pay will be dependent applicant's experience and professionalism.
The work hours are:
- Monday - Friday from 9 AM- 5 PM
Job Requirements
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Customer service and office experience
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Must have reliable transportation every day
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
