Account Executive

Unis isseeking an Account Executive with proven experience to drive sales and level up from a sales and income perspective!

Responsibilities.

• Deliver qualified sales opportunities to the marketing team.
• Involvement with product implementation across multiple locations by working with site-level contacts to standardize processes and procedures.
• Leverage opportunities to learn the market and business.
• Support sales and ability to close deals.
• Close sales marketing-generated opportunities via phone, text, and email
• Take inbound transfers by answering phone calls promptly, politely, and professionally.
• Conduct outbound calls provided by our warm leads database.
• Engage and utilize a consultative sales approach to explain various healthcare and insurance programs and services.
• Provide world-class customer service and maintain positive relations with new and existing clientele.
• Manage your sales leads, calendar, and time to meet monthly sales goals efficiently.
• Build a residual business book by growing and maintaining a steady client base.
• Strive consistently to gain sales skills, and stay current on the industry, product knowledge, and competitive marketplace.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2 years of Sales Experience of prior inside/phone sales experience.
• Inbound / Outbound Sales Experience in the logistics and supply chain industry.
• Tech savvy with Microsoft Office Suite Products, CRMs, and sales enablement tools ability to combine sales skills with technical knowledge.
• Ability to travel to client locations, corporate training, and conduct demos in-person and virtually.
• Excellent listening, verbal & written communication skills.
• Knowledge of the Internet Marketing Industry.
• Must have a positive attitude and a high figure-it-out factor.
• Master at objection handling
• Always wanting to improve your craft in selling.
• Strong empathy skills, willingness to dive deep into the prospective client's pain points & must feel comfortable having uncomfortable conversations.
• Minimum Education: High School Diploma.
