Our growing 3PL Network is expanding and we are looking for skilled Inventory Manager to help with our tremendous growth.
- Lead a team of inventory coordinators, while working alongside the team in their daily effort.
- Gain an extensive and highly detailed understanding of our inventory product needs, levels, and control systems.
- Create daily inventory transfers between multiple locations.
- Create daily PO’s to vendors for inventory.
- Reconciliation of PO’s, transfers, and work orders as needed.
- Manage cost allocations of freight by utilizing company ERP system.
- Manage and oversee physical inventory counts and reconciliation at multiple locations on multiple dates per year.
- Engage sales and other departments within the company (eg. Transportation, S/R,
- Manufacturing Warehouse, Accounting, etc).
- Learn and manage inventory target volumes, advise purchasing to maintain proper levels at each branch location.
- Manage teams distribution of information to production departments.
- Support sales staff by coordinating inventory needs between branch locations.
Set up and train new employees.

Job Qualifications
Skills/Qualifications: Prior experience similar or equal to a Project Manager or Inventory Manager, data entry skills, excel expert, fast-learner, impeccable organizational skills, clear and confident communication skills, attention to detail, proactive demeanor, leadership/management skills, professionalism, and team player!
- Proven experience as inventory manager or similar position
- 3PL experience
- Great customer service skills
- Apex Certified
- Must be able to work diverse environment
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
- Working knowledge of inventory management software (e.g. ERP)
