130-year-old packaging/distribution company is seeking a candidate for our inside sales team. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for learning products, generating new business opportunities, and nurturing relationships with existing clients through proactive outreach and effective communication. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
· Ability to learn and execute the sales process from start to finish
· Provide sales support by responding to client questions regarding products, pricing, and solutions
· Source new opportunities through cold calls and incoming leads
· Prepare proposals and participate in client meetings
· Adopt the company culture and be an effective member of the team
· Self-motivated bringing ideas and solutions to the company
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or sales
· Proficient in Microsoft word and excel
· Strong communication skills
· Minimal travel required
· Minimum 3 years inside sales experience is preferred
