We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team at our York, PA facility. This position is remote, requiring up to 50% travel. It is a full-time position with the prospect of growing within the organization. Typical working hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, but this position requires flexible work scheduling as necessary to meet commitments.
Summary
The Director of Customer Experience leads the team of customer-facing support personnel. This position coordinates with Sales, Finance, Purchasing, and Technical Service teams to assist independent sales reps and customers with all phases of order entry, processing, shipping, and aftermarket support. Coordination with the Operations team is also critical to communicating the schedule of production and timing of shipments. This position also requires collaboration with IT to optimize the tools for selection, pricing, order entry, and transfer to manufacturing. Success in this role requires a unique blend of leadership, communication skills, and operational excellence to deliver service that helps UCA connect with customers and stand out in highly competitive markets.
Responsibilities/daily tasks
- Manages and/or provides adequate training for all Customer Service employees (Order Entry, Parts Sales, Technical Service, Shipping).
- Process sales reports, for internal and customers.
- Trains all new Customer Service employees.
- Manages production schedule and close out for all customers.
- Demonstrates a professional attitude while keeping the company’s interest in mind.
- Establish and maintain working relationships with reps, customers, contractors, end-users.
- Write reports and business correspondence.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- College degree or 5 Years related industry experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of training and education in Commercial HVAC
- High level of interpersonal skills to manage direct reports
- Self-motivated and driven, able to work independently while maintaining positive collaborative relationships with team.
- Computer skills in various software programs such as Word, Excel, Equipment selection, PowerPoint, etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (including Word, Access, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook).
- Detail oriented, strong data entry skills, Ability to multi-task while maintaining accuracy in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Develops constructive and cooperative working relationships with others.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, working on a computer, talking by telephone.
Relation of the position to others in the company
The Director of Customer Experience reports to the VP/GM and works directly with the leaders of cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Purchasing, Technical Service, Operations, IT)
