United Counseling Services is seeking a Teacher to work in our Early Childhood Education division.
40 hours per week. Monday - Friday. Full year position.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement curriculum to meet the philosophies and goals of Head Start.
- Home visits/parent conferences.
- Collaborate with consultants and specialists in an on-going manner to ensure delivery of services geared towards the individual needs of the child.
- Documentation/record keeping for each child enrolled in classroom.
- Manage, help train and develop Teacher Assistant staff.
Requirements
- Bachelors or advanced degree in Early Childhood Education with Vermont licensure in Early Childhood Education.
- Experience teaching pre-school children preferred.
