Position Overview: Concrete Construction Superintendent

A leading contractor is seeking an Experienced Superintendent to oversee all aspects of concrete construction. In this role, you will be responsible for managing project timelines, ensuring quality control, and leading a team of skilled professionals.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in heavy civil construction.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in reading and interpreting drawings, plans, and blueprints.
• Crew Management: Proven experience managing self-perform crews on construction projects.
• Specialization: Strong background in earthwork, concrete work, and underground utilities.
• Leadership: Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a track record of building and leading successful teams.
• Project Management: Responsible for comprehensive project reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of heavy civil concrete projects, including underground utilities and construction sites.
• Utilize leadership skills to supervise and coordinate construction activities to ensure project completion within budget and schedule.
• Communicate effectively with team members, subcontractors, and stakeholders to maintain project progress and quality standards.
• Implement OSHA regulations and quality control measures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
• Utilize construction management software for project scheduling, budgeting, and monitoring progress.
