Title: Project Manager / Estimator - Concrete

Salary: $135k-$175k
Summary: A leading heavy civil contractor seeks a Project Manager / Estimator to join their concrete division. Candidate will oversee the estimating on all concrete paving / curb & gutter / sidewalk projects, as well as manage projects after being awarded.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee concrete paving, curb and gutter, and sidewalk projects for DOT and local road programs.
- Prepare detailed and accurate project estimates.
- Manage all aspects of project execution, ensuring high-quality results and compliance with DOT standards.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to achieve project goals.
- Contribute grading expertise to projects when applicable
- Strong ability to handle both estimating and project management tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
