We’re looking for a proactive Outreach Benefit Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in expanding our patient base, building relationships, and guiding potential patients through the benefits and eligibility processes.
Your Role
As an Outreach Benefit Advisor, you’ll:
- Engage & Convert: Attend meetings (in-person, online, phone), make calls, and manage leads in our CRM to convert them into patients.
- Educate & Guide: Inform potential patients about EEOICPA and RECA benefits, assess their eligibility, and guide them through the intake process.
- Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong connections with local sources, community leaders, and partners to generate leads.
- Drive Sales: Manage the full sales process from lead generation to enrollment, ensuring compliance with company policies and HIPAA.
- Track & Report: Monitor sales and outreach metrics, engage with prospects, and maintain a well-organized database of contacts.
- Community Engagement: Organize and participate in community events, workshops, and outreach efforts, including volunteer activities.
- Promote & Present: Prepare and distribute promotional materials and deliver presentations on our services and programs.
What We’re Looking For
- Sales Experience: Proven success in sales, especially within healthcare, with strong phone and in-person communication skills.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency with CRM systems, call center technology, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Marketing Savvy: Experience in marketing, event planning, or public relations, with a flair for presentations.
- Organizational Skills: Strong project management and time-management abilities.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a passion for community engagement.

- Work Environment: Ability to focus at a computer for extended periods, with regular activities including standing, sitting, and using hands for computer tasks. Some travel may be required.
