KSA’s
High School diploma or GED.
Minimum of 3 hours college credit.
One year warehouse experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred.
Ability to: ? Operate forklift ? Motivate staff ? Listen and respond approproately to customer needs ? Maintain confidentiality and objectivity ? Interpret production data and make needed adjustments ? Prioritize to meet deadlines
- Effectively communicate internally and externally.
Duties include: ? Oversee forklift operators ? Create and maintain SKU’s in WMS ? Follow established company
protocols and Standard Operating Procedures ? Load / unload trucks ? Document and update SOP’s ? Record information accurately ? Enforce safety rules.
