Certification Details BLS Job Details A hospital in WV is looking for experienced RN's for Float positions to cover Ortho units. The ideal travelers have MS / Tele experience as well as low level Ortho experience. EPIC is required as well as WV or compact license. Job Requirements BLS certification required. WV or compact nursing license required. Schedule Information 12 hour shifts 7a - 7p; 7p - 7a Every-other-weekend requirement for both Days / Nights. Work in the holiday rotation schedule with permanent staff. Unit Specific Information Medsurg 5S unit specifics include mainly 1 : 5-6 patient ratios for both days & nights. Floor specific orientation of 1-2 shifts with a preceptor. Additional Details 50 mile radius rule - ALL SUBMISSIONS MUST INCLUDE A COPY OF CANDIDATE'S UNEXPIRED DRIVER'S LICENSE. Charge Nurse available on every unit; Day charge does not take patients, Night charge does take patients. Common diagnosis / Types of patients include CHF, Cardiac cath, CP, pneumonia, chronic renal disease, COPD, Ortho.
