United Land Services (ULS) is a full-service landscaping Company. At United, we offer an all-inclusive suite of commercial landscape installation and maintenance services, including but not limited to landscape design and maintenance, irrigation systems, hardscapes, and outdoor lighting. Whether a single-family home development, condominium complex, commercial building, or shopping center, we handle it all.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Proficient in landscape installation plans and blueprint reading
- Knowledge of green industry plant material and installation techniques.
- Build and nurture client relationships to generate new and repeat business.
- Conduct site visits and consultations to understand client needs and preferences.
- Participating in local associations, trade shows and events.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, estimates, and contracts efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project execution aligns with client expectations.
- Ensure a seamless handoff to production teams
- Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and local market conditions.
Requirements:
- 2 years of proven success in sales related to landscaping, hardscaping, general contracting and/or construction
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient in or able to learn customer relationship management (CRM) software and computer skills.
