Qualifications
- No prior experience necessary - we provide training on all required skillsets.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation to the branch and/or first job site.
- Prior work experience in a laborer level role and within indifferent weather conditions is preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including working on the road for five days a week.
- Excellent listening skills using patience and empathy.
- Ability to provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers and cross-functional departments.
- Ability to be a self-starter and work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to adhere to uniform requirements as required by the branch.
- Assist in the preparation, installation, and maintenance of specialized client properties under the direction of your site Crew Leader.
- Travel out-of-town for five days a week for work assignments.
- Keep company equipment and vehicles clean and in working order.
- Safely operate assigned work tools and/or equipment.
- Report any work issues, including equipment malfunctions to Crew Leader and/or Account Manager in a timely manner.
- Interact with clients and the public in a friendly and polite manner.
- Adhere to all required safety personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines.
- Perform other duties and assist with other crews as assigned.
- Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience and skills.
