Administrative Office Coordinator – Full Time

The responsibilities of the Administrative Office Coordinator will include many tasks all requiring a highly organized and detail-oriented person that can multitask, work independently and well with others. This central position in the company interacts with all executives, employees, clients and customers. Major qualifications required are professionalism, dependability and pleasantness. Must be able to communicate well both orally and in writing.
Duties and tasks will be but not limited to:
Answering phones, point of sale for materials and coordinate deliveries, maintaining company files, planning company meetings and events, monitor, order & distribute supplies company-wide, correspondence, , company cellphones and arrangements for convention/seminar registrations including travel.
Compiling data for mandatory governmental and internal reporting.
Federal and Montana Department of Transportation requirements of maintaining driver files, including CDL & Hazmat licensing, load permitting, and vehicle/equipment licensing.
Facilitate new hire applicants, on-boarding, employee files, workers' compensation, arrange for training.
Assist in bid preparation & submittals, bonding, insurance, execute contract requirements after awarded, including subcontractor requirements.
Required Education, Experience and Skills:
Associate degree or higher
3-5 years of pertinent experience
Computer ability to navigate various software programs including Microsoft Office Suite with strong proficiency in Word and Excel, internet, email and handling electronic documents.
