UNITED PRAIRIE is Hiring a Custom Applicator Near Dewey, IL

United Prairie is looking for motivated individuals to join our team at our Dewey location. Applicants must have or be able to obtain a CDL A with Hazmat/tanker/airbrakes with our In-house training program. All United Prairie employees are required to pass a pre-employment drug screen and Background check, and be part of a random drug screening pool to fulfill FMCA requirements along with a background check. Listed below are some of those duties and responsibilities.

1. Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot floater applicators, post machines, and tender trucks.

2. Perform maintenance on NH3 equipment to provide outstanding equipment to our customers.

3. Assist in any facility maintenance and repairs that need to be performed.

4. Assist in material handling such as unloading railcars of various fertilizers.

5. Must be able to work cooperatively with other employees to make a cohesive team environment.

6. Ability to perform tasks and duties assigned without constant supervision.

7. Perform any other required tasks from the location manager or upper management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
