United Talent is currently seeking a Part-time Receptionist for Martinsburg, WV.
Job Responsibilities:
• Follow written and oral instructions given by supervisor.
• Data input must be good with computers.
• Patient Intake- verifying ID’s
• Complete and input registration for patients
• Other duties as assigned.
Pay and shift: Pay is $20.00 an hour. Monday- Friday 8:30am-5:00pm, possible Saturdays based on patient needs. Schedule must be flexible, schedule is made 6-8 weeks in advance. You will only work 1-4 days a month!
Requirements:
• Strong clerical and phone skills
• Medical knowledge is preferred
• Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong office organizational skills
• Ability/ willingness to learn new skills on the job.
