Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mid-Tier Project Analyst to support a dynamic project focused on developing engineered labor standards for distribution operations using WMS SAP, with a specific focus on the Labor Management Module. This position plays a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency by analyzing and optimizing labor standards within a distribution environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement engineered labor standards for distribution operations.
- Analyze warehouse management processes and utilize SAP WMS, including the Labor Management Module, to identify opportunities for improving labor efficiency.
- Conduct time studies, process mapping, and workflow analysis to support the development of labor standards.
- Support the integration of labor standards into the WMS SAP system, ensuring seamless execution and reporting.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Track project progress, ensuring key milestones are met within defined timelines and budgets.
- Assist in the creation of training materials and support the implementation of labor standards across various distribution centers.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in distribution operations, supply chain analysis, or project management, preferably in a WMS SAP environment.
- Familiarity with the SAP WMS Labor Management Module is highly desired.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and process improvement.
- Proficiency in SAP WMS and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information to stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in creating and implementing engineered labor standards.
- Familiarity with time-motion studies, labor optimization, and warehouse process improvement.
- PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certifications are a plus.
Rate: $33-$48 / hr
