We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our hospice care team on a travel contract in Sunnyvale, CA. This is an excellent opportunity to provide end-of-life care, ensure patient comfort, and make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality hospice care to patients in accordance with care plans.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to manage pain and symptom relief.
- Maintain accurate documentation using EMR systems.
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
- Ensure compliance with hospice care policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in California (or ability to obtain prior to start).
- Minimum of 1 year of hospice nursing experience (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of pain management and palliative care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and adaptable with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
