Responsibilities
- Assist in lead generation efforts through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and referrals
- Cultivate relationships with potential and existing clients in the Cleveland area to understand their energy needs and identify opportunities
- Support the negotiation of terms and conditions of contracts to maximize value for both the clients and Universal Energy Solutions
- Assist in the preparation of persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of sales activities and customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams, including brokers and project managers, to ensure seamless implementation of energy solutions
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn and understand complex energy concepts and solutions
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow in the energy industry
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Willingness to travel occasionally as needed
