We are seeking a Field Operations Manager to lead and enhance our field operations team. This critical leadership role involves overseeing the technical training and performance of our field staff, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Team Leadership & Development: Train, mentor, and manage field staff, focusing on technical proficiency, customer service, and professionalism.
• Operational Oversight: Supervise daily job site operations, ensuring safety protocols, efficiency, and project timelines are met.
• Quality Control: Monitor and inspect work quality, ensuring compliance with company standards and client expectations.
• Training & Skill Advancement: Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new hires and ongoing skill development.
• Scheduling & Logistics: Collaborate with project managers and leadership to ensure optimal staffing and resource allocation for each job.
• Client Interaction: Serve as a professional representative of the company, addressing client concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Performance Monitoring: Track crew performance metrics and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
• 5 years of experience in a field operations or management role, preferably in foundation repair, waterproofing, or construction industries.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on mentoring and staff development.
• Hands-on experience with foundation repair, drain tile installation, and waterproofing techniques preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple job sites and teams effectively.
