We are currently seeking to add a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitionerto join the growing staff of North Star Behavioral Health.

• Provide care to child/adolescent patients in the residential treatment center.
• Responsible for performing initial psychiatric evaluations, assessments, treatment team leadership, & patient discharges in accordance with hospital policies & procedures.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE:

• NP degree from an accredited program required.
• PMHNP certification required.
• Licensed to practice in the State of AK or the ability to obtain an AK medical license.
• Meets all credentialing criteria required.
