In this role, you will be providing exceptional customer service to clients of travel and hotel companies, such as Booking.com, Hotels.com, and others. This position requires a high level of communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.
Key Responsibilities:
For Chat Support Representatives:
- Provide real-time assistance to customers via online chat platforms.
- Address and resolve inquiries related to hotel bookings, reservations, and travel arrangements.
- Assist customers with navigating booking websites and processing changes or cancellations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
For Phone Support Representatives:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to travel and hotel bookings.
- Assist customers with reservation inquiries, changes, and cancellations.
- Provide detailed information about hotel services, amenities, and booking policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Document all interactions and follow up as required.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
