University Cancer & Blood Center is currently hiring for a full time Medical Billing Representative for our Athens, GA location.
Job Duties include:
- Processing Medicare, Medicare Replacement, or Commercial payments
- Resubmitting unpaid claims
- Working monthly AR
- Following up on any unpaid claims
- Assist patients with any questions in regards to insurance
Job Requirements
- High School Degree or Equivalent
- 2-3 years medical billing experience required
- Medicare, Medi Replacement experience a plus
- VA experience a plus
- Ability to work as an individual and as a team
- Positive attitude a must
