Provide senior operational leadership and strategic direction for the development and growth of the Fred & Pamela Buffett Cancer Center (FPBCC) Clinical Trials Office (CTO). The Clinical Research Administrator will be a vital contributor to the FPBCC Leadership Team, will lead and develop a team of clinical trial, regulatory, finance, and operations professionals (54 FTE), and will build a strong partnership with internal and external stakeholders. Provide direction and guidance to the Program Managers and clinical research team to facilitate the achievement of the FPBCC goals. In collaboration with the Associate Director for Clinical Research, the Associate Director of Administration, the Faculty Medical Director of the CTO and Cancer Center Director, ensure alignment with FPBCC vision, strategic goals and NCI expectations.
