Position Summary | The Anderson School of Management at the University of New Mexico is looking for a dynamic leader with outstanding organizational, administrative, and interpersonal skills to join our business operations team as an Operations Manager (Administrative Operations). Anderson is a world-class business school with award winning faculty and programs, offering a wide array of degree programs for a diverse student population. Anderson is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) International and is one of the few programs in the world to attain both an Accounting and Business Accreditation from AACSB. The successful candidate will help develop, lead, and guide the administrative operational activities for our newly developed Business Operations Team. Specific duties will include:

Minimum Qualifications | High school diploma or GED; at least 2 years of experience managing at least one of the following functional areas: fiscal services, administration and/or human resources AND 3 years of additional experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. |
