The University of St. Thomas (UST), a private Catholic university committed to the liberal arts and the religious and intellectual tradition of Catholic higher education, invites applications from outstanding candidates for an adjunct faculty position in mechanical engineering. The start date for the positions is August 2023.


General responsibilities include teaching undergraduate lecture and laboratory courses in mechanical engineering, such as Computer Aided Design. A Ph.D. in mechanical engineering and excellence in teaching are required for the position.


Applicants must provide a cover letter addressing qualifications for the position; curriculum vitae; and the names and contact information of three professional references. Candidates offered an adjunct faculty position must also provide official transcripts before the position starts.
