We are excited to announce that Univest Bank is expanding into Western PA. We are seeking a Financial Center Manager to join our Forest Hills team.The Financial Center Manager is a vital part of Univest’s success. You’ll drive and supervise daily operations of the branch to keep customer service running smoothly while promoting security and profitability. You’ll be responsible for making sure branch and individual goals are met; day-to-day customer service; compliance with established policies and procedures relative to bank operations; security; human resource management; etc.
You’ll step in to provide coaching and assistance whenever it’s needed. In addition, you’ll also partner with other lines of business and have business development responsibilities.
You’ll be a coach, leader, mentor and role model. You’ll lead your team to build and maintain strong relationships with customers by making sure they have a great experience every time they visit the financial center and by providing friendly, helpful solutions to their financial challenges.
