Job Summary
The Cleaning and Restoration Operations Manager plays a key leadership role in the cleaning and restoration industry, overseeing all operational aspects of the business. This position ensures efficient project management, high customer satisfaction, and compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with proven industry experience in water restoration and carpet cleaning, along with certifications such as IICRC.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight: Manage daily business operations, ensuring optimal use of resources, effective team performance, and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Field Work: Perform carpet cleaning and water restoration tasks when required, including responding to emergency situations (e.g., water or fire damage).
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans that align with company goals, driving operational efficiency and revenue growth.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain high service standards while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry professionals to enhance service offerings and foster business development.
- Financial Management: Oversee budgets, forecasts, and reporting; implement cost-saving strategies to maximize profitability.
- Team Leadership: Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to staff, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
- Process Improvement: Optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and ensure consistent service delivery.
- Technology Utilization: Work effectively with various technologies, including creating estimates, to streamline operations.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of proven experience in the carpet cleaning and water restoration industry.
- Hands-on field experience in carpet cleaning and water restoration tasks with a proactive, “roll-up-your-sleeves” attitude.
Certifications:
- Current IICRC certifications (e.g., CCT, WRT, AMRT, ASD – optional but preferred).
Skills:
- Strong business management and operational process knowledge.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to create Xactimate estimates.
- Problem-solving and multitasking capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with technology and willingness to learn new systems.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
