Job Description :
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Critical Care (RN) to lead our critical care department. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of managerial experience in acute / critical care settings and hold a Bachelor’s degree. Current RN licensure in NC or Multistate compact license is required. The candidate must demonstrate a proven ability to drive quality improvement initiatives and foster a culture of excellence in patient care.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the daily operations of the critical care unit.
- Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Manage and mentor staff to achieve departmental goals.
- Develop and manage budgets and resources efficiently.
