We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk/AP Specialist to join our team in Macedonia, OH. The successful candidate will support the accounting department in handling a variety of day-to-day financial and administrative tasks. This role involves managing invoices, processing payroll, organizing office communications, recording transactions, and overseeing vendor accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process and manage invoices and payroll records
- Organize and distribute office mail and other documents
- Record and maintain financial transactions and business records
- Handle vendor accounts and manage communications with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with other administrative duties as needed within the department
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to engage with internal and external customers professionally
- A good understanding of basic accounting principles
- Excellent phone and in-person communication skills
Job Type: Temporary
Pay: Up to $23.00 per hour
