*Responsibilities*
- Receive, unpack, and organize incoming shipments efficiently.
- Stock shelves with products in an orderly manner to enhance visibility and accessibility.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory control to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stockroom and sales floor.
- Assist customers by locating products and providing information about merchandise.
- Perform heavy lifting as needed to move products from storage areas to shelves.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during shipping and receiving processes.
*Qualifications*
- Previous experience in shipping and receiving or retail sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) regularly throughout the shift.
- A proactive attitude towards maintaining a well-organized work environment is essential.
