The USJP Job Developer Works closely with the USJP Lead Counselor in managing the Program. They will be responsible for the recruitment, proper assessment, training, accurate and timely documentation of program services, and counseling of Urban Seniors Jobs Program participants. Facilitating the development of appropriate IEP’s (Individual Employment Plans), provide employment coaching and follow-up. Serve as a liaison between the project and the host agencies to which participants are assigned.

Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree (Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Criminal Justice, or related field) or comparable experience.
- 1 year of experience in counseling / case management, or working with economically disadvantaged workers / Older adults.
