Job Title: Automation Test Lead
Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Hybrid - 3 Days Onsite in a Week)
Job Description
Acts as the primary point of contact for testing facilitators, executors, and validators, and demonstrates high level of accountability and responsibility.
Responsible for assisting team leadership/management for analysis, design and development of test and project plans on high risk systems.
Coordinates the development, updating, and maintenance of testing standards and procedures.
Also reviews the test, validation, and pilot results to make sure they meet the entry and exit criteria.
Leads all efforts relating to testing and coordination of release control efforts.
Assists team leadership in defining quality standards, guidelines, methodologies for the team and modifies them as necessary for the requirements.
Documents defects and generates test metrics.
Tracks defects to resolution within defined timeframe.
Manages test environment, resources, issues, bugs and escalation to proper channel Possesses highly refined software engineering process facilitation skills within areas of business/functional.
Skill Set
Strong test planning / coordination / tracking skills.
Strong expertise in onsite & offshore coordination and managing team of 6-8 members.
Good expertise in Agile/Scrum Methodologies.
Strong expertise in complete testing lifecycle of the project.
Good experience in automation tools like Selenium WDIO/Rest Assure API and CICD.
Good experience in Jenkins / Maven.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Strong expertise in reporting skills.
