Responsibilities of a Verizon Account Representative include:
- Identify decision-makers within our client’s targeted lead system and initiate the sales process based on consumer preferences and parameters given
- Act as a direct liaison between our clients and customer base to begin, establish, and maintain sales and customer relationships with both
- Serve as a subject matter expert for our clients and act as a resource across the entry-level sales and account teams to help foster a collaborative and professional work environment
- Deliver unparalleled customer service to our customers and results to our clients by upholding the standards of innovation and execution of daily responsibilities
- Assist in the retention of customers by establishing a relationship, managing the customer account, and overseeing product/service installation
- Assist upper-level Management by providing detailed reports measuring sales performance and examining customer acquisition targets
Verizon Account Representative Requirements:
- Preferred but not required: Higher education in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Sales, OPM or a related field
- 1 years of experience in customer service, communications, sales, retail, hospitality, or a related field
- A naturally self-motivated individual who can benefit other Verizon Account Representatives with their drive and passion
- The ability to thrive and achieve customer service and sales results in a fast-paced and collaborative, team environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills while working with all Verizon Account Representatives and when consulting with clients and customers
- The capability of pivoting and adapting quickly to solve problems, to stay at the forefront of strategic thinking with the team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
